Eligibility Requirements
• Items must be unused and undamaged
• Must be returned in original packaging with tags attached
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in resalable condition
Return Options
You may choose one of the following options:
• Refund to the original payment method
• Store credit
• Exchange for a different item or size
Fees & Processing
• A flat $8 processing fee is deducted from all refunds
• If returning with your own carrier, you are responsible for shipping fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, a $9.99 deduction applies
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after warehouse receipt
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Final Sale, Clearance, or Semi-Annual Sale items
• Pre-order items (exchange only)
• Items purchased from boutiques or third-party retailers
• Gift cards (non-refundable)
