Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above $200 unless otherwise noted during promotional periods.

Delivery Timelines

  • Non-personalized items: 5–6 business day
  • Shipping fees may apply to remote locations - final charges will be shown
    at checkout.
  • Company is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. If there are any issues with your order upon receipt, company must be notified within 5 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, they may already be in processing or transit.
